Stefano Parlatore ha maturato una vasta esperienza nel contenzioso societario e finanziario. È co-head del Dipartimento di Contenzioso, Arbitrati e ADR. Si occupa da quasi trent’anni di assistere istituzioni finanziarie e società in complessi contenziosi e arbitrati transfrontalieri di natura finanziaria, commerciale e fallimentare.

Stefano rappresenta e assiste i suoi clienti dinanzi ai tribunali ordinari, anche in via di urgenza, nonché dinanzi alle agenzie (Banca d’Italia e Consob) e autorità speciali, incluse le sezioni specializzate in materia di proprietà industriale ed il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Ha inoltre una considerevole esperienza nella fase pre-contenziosa, incluse le procedure di conciliazione.

Ha inoltre una significativa esperienza nel campo dei procedimenti arbitrali nazionali e internazionali, commerciali e di investimento, sia istituzionali che ad hoc.

Infine, vanta una notevole esperienza nel diritto fallimentare assistendo regolarmente vari istituti finanziari e fondi, sia italiani sia stranieri, attivi nel distressed debt, nel trading di portafogli in default, nonché nelle operazioni di turn around, anche nell’ambito delle procedure di amministrazione straordinaria e ristrutturazione del debito.

È abilitato alla professione forense dal 1997 ed è ammesso al patrocinio dinnanzi la Corte Suprema di Cassazione. È stato relatore in importanti seminari in Italia e all’estero.

Nel 2020, Stefano Parlatore è stato premiato quale “Avvocato dell’anno Societario” ai Legalcommunity Litigation Awards.
