Filippo Pacciani opera nel campo del Diritto Amministrativo, concentrando la sua attività – sia sul versante stragiudiziale sia su quello giudiziale – nel settore della contrattualistica pubblica. In quest’ambito si occupa assiduamente di procedure a evidenza pubblica preordinate all’affidamento di contratti di varia natura (tra i quali, appalti, concessioni, PPP istituzionali), prestando assistenza tanto agli organismi pubblici in fase di strutturazione della gara quanto alle imprese concorrenti e/o alle banche finanziatrici del progetto.
