Federico Vezzani si occupa di regolamentazione bancaria e assicurativa, assistendo banche italiane ed estere, compagnie di assicurazione, intermediari finanziari, società di intermediazione mobiliare, società di gestione del risparmio e istituti di pagamento su un’ampia gamma di aspetti, tra cui l’organizzazione dei soggetti regolamentati (corporate governance e aspetti prudenziali) e l’esercizio delle attività riservate.
